Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.

I had completed my LL.B degree from Dhaka international university (DIU). I had achieved law with sincerity. I expect to be undergraduate upcoming October 2018, with a bachelor of law degree, with honors from Dhaka international university, department of law. I am proud to tell that I was among very best in my class. During my undergraduate career, I was gaining knowledge, experience in the classroom, in the club activities, in the law related programs, within the mooting session. I wish next to enter university of Law, UK for graduate program in the LLM in criminal law and criminal justice. I had that subject Jurisprudence and legal theory, Law of Contract & partnership, Law of Tort, Muslim Family Law, Environmental Law, Special criminal Law, Specific Relief Act and Limitation Act , Law on Dispute Resolution and Legal Aid , Equity & Trust, Hindu Law, Criminology, Constitutional Laws , Criminal Procedure Code, Land Laws of Bangladesh, Law of Transfer of property, Registration Act, Labor & Industrial Law, Civil Procedure Code, Evidence Act, Law of Crimes, Public International Law , Mercantile Law ,Roman law ,Legal system of Bangladesh ,Fiscal Law , Law of Drafting and pleading , Administrative Law ,and others. I think so. Doing this course, I can learn about diplomatic forms of dispute settlement, such as negotiation and mediation, as well as judicial forms of dispute settlement, namely adjudication and arbitration. I will also gain the international courts and tribunals covered in this course include the International Court of Justice, the International Law of the Sea Tribunal, the WTO Dispute Settlement Body, and arbitral tribunals in investor-State and inter-State cases. I will learn about the role of the United Nations and regional organizations in the settlement of disputes as well. Finally, I will cover specific themes or topics within the field of international dispute settlement, such as provisional measures and jurisdiction and admissibility. Through this organization, I can gain knowledge and experience which increase the knowledge about various law related subjects that are very helpful in my professional life. As participants come from various countries, I want to obtain knowledge about the social and cultural diversity around the world I have worked diligently these past four yours to in enhance my understanding of the law. I have greatly enjoyed my law subject. I had taken part various law program such as, Mooring competition, legal aid program, law conference and so on which is related program. Club organizes various law related program. I also work in Dhaka international University Law and Mooring society as well as debate competition. Dhaka international university organizes various law related program. Our university organized lots of law issues student’s symposium.. Through the working there are program, I had achieved relationship with the various law student of Bangladesh. My university organizes the debate competition in every semester. I take part there are competition, and also earn-knowledge and competition about law. I had founded ‘‘AL-HERA- FOUNDATION” for campaign of Islam Completed Research Monograph on ‘Rohingya crisis impact on Environment of Bangladesh’ under the supervisor of Assistant Professor Sharmin Sultana, Department of law, Dhaka International University, Bangladesh. I had achieved Social Business Academia-2015 [Creating young entrepreneurs through social business] My ultimate goal is to become a Barrister To pursue a career in legal research and work in the development sector with a view to play an active role in the fight to achieve sustainable development Goal.
